In diesem verrückten Plattformabenteuer müssen Nachwuchssuperheld Marty und seine Verbündeten erneut ihre Heimat gegen den durchgeknallten Welteroberer Scrapper verteidigen. Dessen außerdimensionaler Herr hat eine übermächtige Kampfstation in seinen Besitz gebracht, deren Feuerkraft ausreicht, eine ganze Stadt zu vernichten.
Der klassische Plattformer umfaßt ca. 50 Level. In der Regel gilt es, die Tür zu erreichen, um in die nächste Stage zu gelangen. Dabei müssen natürlich allerlei Gegner und Fallen überwunden werden, gegen die sich Marty jedoch mit Superbällen zur Wehr setzen kann. Häufig müssen verschiedenfarbige Schlüssel gesammelt werden, um Wege zu öffnen, und am Ende einer Welt gilt es dann, einen mehr oder weniger furchterregenden Obermotz zu besiegen. Diverse Schätze bringen Punkte, für die in Bonusrunden Extraleben erlangt werden können. Gesteuert wird mit Tastatur oder Joypad. Das Programm merkt sich automatisch den Fortschritt des Spiels, und so kann in jeder beliebigen Welt gestartet werden, die bei vorherigen Partien bereits erreicht worden ist. Die Story wird in unterhaltsamen Zwischensequenzen erzählt, die aber auch abgeschaltet werden können. Weitere Abenteuer in Byteria sind kostenlos auf der Website zur Serie erhältlich.
